So finally got the AC to work . The blend doors were stuck . Moved them manually and cosconnected the actuators . Blowing sub 50 degrees . Finally washed it and took it to the gas station for a drive . The filler neck leaks now . Also I think the premium amp went out . So I can finally put insurance on it and start to drive it around . Runs very solid
Blue sedan I didn’t learnt the 1st go around

Interior looking very plush. Did you go with an AC retrofit or redo the stock system? 50 deg is great, that's colder vent temps than any E30 I've ever sat in on a hot summer day.Comment

Only 2 people have really seen the car in person and love the interior . I’m very happy with it . So when I got the car the complete AC was removed . So yeah I did a full conversion kit half AC solutions half LCWylie . Worked out well once it was sorted . It was about 90 degrees when I was getting 50 . I’ve read that a 35 degree difference between t vent and outside temp is a orettt efficient system especially on an old car . It cools better than my other r12 e30Comment

That's really impressive, I have the same kit on mine actually but I have a turbo sitting right next to the low pressure AC line and I think it's killing the performance from high ambient temps. I might see mid 60s at the vent on a 90 deg day. Yours sounds lovely!

Window tint 35 all around and 50 on the windshield . A bit more maintenance is on hand . Valve cover gasket refresh injectors a couple vent and vacuum hoses fuel filter . Then I will get into putting on the cow catcher getting brackets lights and getting it painted1 PhotoComment

Momo mod 07 wood grain wheel with leather horn button . I like how it looks with the interior . I sprung a power steering leak so I’ll have that as a weekend project .2 PhotosComment

this is the car that replaced the bmw i3 . It’s supposed to be a chill grandpa car . Automatic not lowered easy to drive . While it’s supposed to stay stock we shall see . I like the simplicity I do have a cow catcher for it I need mounting brackets and paint . Hopefully that’s the last big purchase . Then maintenance and keep it tidy

Well when they did the door panels they used a much thicker foam . So the original interior door trims wouldn’t work then I broke an interior door handle so while pricey and a bit over built . Billet aluminum anodized black Leo grande door handles . I got all 4 here’s passenger front .Comment
