Trim looks good, I bought used and there were some bends, broken clips, extra holes drilled in the front, etc. Every few years I need to touch up something that was filled in and repaint them...

I haven't checked out the video yet, but pending any extreme fuckery, I think the new/aftermarket is worth it

Had some more free time yesterday, finished spraying the rear spoiler and should be dry and ready to install this week sometime.

While I haven't pulled the pass lower valence out the inch or two it needs, I wanted to install the IS Lip. 3 broken clips prevented me, but I thought I should look through the random box of spares from the previous cars and would you look at that, two good clips.

With those installed, I figured I would give it a shot and not a bad looking E30... Just needs that corner pulled out so the lip can be totally attached and happy

Getting close to being 'done' though I will need to go through the old suspension bushings and struts/shocks at some point. Also looking to get the paint polished up soon too.

For the price its hard to beat, the rear I was less impressed with than the front, and thats only because the transition between the trim pieces left a gap. I dont regret buying. If only I would get a kickback from all the business Im about to send him LMAO

I can live with the gap. Are you getting these from the ebay link I found. It shows they are shipping out of Turkey?

I will check again, but this cars seals are still nice.

Next is suspension though. Control arms, CABs, Sway Bar links, Sway Bar Bushings, along with some Struts/ Shocks is the plan. I thought I had found some OE-Sport Springs, but they sold. Ideally those will be found when I buy/install the KYBs

Ok, these I've had bookmarked for a while but I have a disorganized pile of mangled door/window seals in the garage attic now to pick through if I needed one.

If they're actually good, it could be worth buying a set and just throwing my current ones in the pile lol

Nearly a driver... took it to a friends' "Oil Change Night" and finally changed the oil. Car was quite happy doing 80+ so I think its almost ready to whore out... a nice polishing and she will be let loose on the streets to make me some money

That was Thursday night, and Saturday was the annual Dockweiler gtg and I was excited to get this car out amongst other E30s. I didnt get more than just one pic because the kiddo rolled with me and I didnt get to chill as long as I wanted..

More freeway driving under the cars' belt, and the odometer has moved to 155,1xx and I am working out any kinks. Should be getting a nice polishing too this coming weekend and plates are coming soon.

Thanks Mike, good hanging with you. Also, excellent 'before' pic of the paint.

Cant wait to see what the 'after' looks like

Got the car polished up last weekend, but then we got rain and my wife went into labor. life altering decision

Step one was washing the car, then doing a few different “cuts” in the level and strength of polishing

                              Making progress

                              Done! Looks amazing!!

Tucked into the garage to hide it from the upcoming storms
