For years, one of my fellow BMW CCA members drove his E30 M3 to meetings and events. Every time I saw him, I pulled him aside and asked him when he was going to sell it to me. (Never) About a month ago, his daughter called me and stated that he had asked her to call me to see if I was still interested in buying the car (he was taken to hospice). :( A few negotiations later, now I own it and I get to restore it. I'll try to keep everyone posted periodically on my progress but as most of you know, this can be lengthy. So, I won't bore anyone. I'll drop in from time to time to let you know where we are with the car.
