so as promised i have pics of the manifold
i needed to figure out where i could put wastegate flange on the manifold thus i ended up doing a mockup assembly of the turbo. after having done so and figuring the angle of the head i determined that it would be best to just mount the turbo as shown, for a few reasons, one better heat reduction, 2 i won.t necessarilly have to relocate my primary battery third less exhaust piping forth i want it there because i am not a huge fan of top mount turbos.
in any case here are the pics, i made sure to include some of the beautiful tig welds

i am reasonably sure that in the fall i am just going to pay off all my debt (except student loans) and create/install a dry sump oil kit and needle bearing roller rockers
the following spring will include a 3.1 -3.2 stroker followed by twin .56 ar borg warner turbos but that's a lot of money and time into the future.
buckle up folks we're going to MY OWN PERSONAL HELL.
So far as your dreams of doing a turbo 3.1 m20? It's not happening. You can get away with it as an NA motor, but with a turbo there isn't enough meat between the cylinders. The bore spacing is too tight. That means that your best case scenario finds you constantly popping head gaskets, and worst case you're popping the block.
Dry sump? Seriously? Why? You may gain 20hp running it, but it'll cost you something on the order of $4,000. I mean I can understand where you'd run into sump starvation from doing donuts in parking lots all day long, and when you get into the professional donut scene the action gets a lot more fierce so you'd really need it. Why not just tell everyone you're planning on running 95% Nitromethane while you're at it? After all, if you're going to be 100% full of shit and lie about what you're going to do with your turd blossom of a motor, go for the big guns. Top fuel is where it's at.
Twin turbos? You really are the fail king. You see any e30 guys here with two itty-bitty turbos? You CLEARLY have no idea what the fuck you're doing. You want easy, big power, but you're avoiding the m50 like a cave man that's seeing fire for the first time. You want to build a big-bore bottom end, but have no idea why that won't work with a turbo. You want lots of power, but don't understand why the m20 is limited in that regard.
There's not a shred of you that stands up to even the most casual of scrutiny. I wish I could go through life like you, with your Charly Brown face and "everyone else is the retard" attitude.

Haha ebay manifold. SSautochrome or OBX? Get a shot of the inside of the collector, that'll tell the story of how nice it is. You're going to run it bottom mount? Did you get a scavenge pump yet?

fyi this is 44 pages long. it's stainless 321 and tig welded. bin i understand you're a fucktard who likes to just shit all over everything but frankly you need to just accept the fact that i don't care about anything you have to say or think or do or even your existence.
and twin turbos have been proven time and again to spool faster than any 1 single turbo, granted they do tend to net a little less power but if you're not doing drag racing they're just fine

this is a video of my 8000k HID low beams and 10000k halogen high beams at ~ 250 feet
i think it's pretty bright at the moment but i am going to get 6000k high beams and 30000k fog
it's cool to see them get brighter as time goes by

Twin turbos are totally the hotness, you're absolutely right. That's why you see all those guys out there buying single turbo cars and converting them to TT.
More specifically, not. Old TT setups like the supra and RX7 used sequential turbos, small one for spool, big one for power. Lots of complexity, old age led to failed parts and expensive repairs. With a modern single turbo you can get far better spool, power, and reliability in the form of less complexity. Non-sequential setups were for stuff like v8 cars, or v6 cars, where the v of the bank made for packaging issues.
Even BMW got rid of the Twin Turbo n54 and went to a single on the n55. They call it TwinPower Turbo, but it's just a split scroll single turbo.
You might as well brag about how you're going to run 60 turbos, none of it will ever happen.
