Been a little absent from the forums lately, so when I found this thread it put a huge smile on my face. Surprised my dad hasn't commented yet. Fantastic work guys. Top notch. The 3.72 diff will be a lot of fun (ours is 2.92).

An absolutely brilliant swap, very nice work. I've been sourcing the parts for my LS1 swap over the past few months and look forward to FINALLY getting started. The only part that is bothering me is what brake setup to run. It's still going to be my DD, or at least not a track-only car, so I'm undecided on what set-up to run. I look forward to seeing more updates/pictures and a video of her running!

Ive been poking ass lately. Been working a ton in the hot sun, so its hard to motivate myself to spend the weekend in the garage when its 105 degrees.

We pulled the engine/tranny yesterday for the final time. Im gonna paint the engine bay this week. Any suggestions on color??

Your opinion on your booster-less set-up will be much appreciated. As for the engine bay color, go black. It's an easy color to paint and "hides" dirt/grime well. My best friend painted his RX-7 (MY old 87 TurboII) engine bay black while he was swapping in his LS1/T56 and it came out looking real good.
