Nice going! Is it the bigger bore that makes the RB26 longer? Thicker walls? 10cm seems alot!

Much thicker. I have no measured, but it seems the RB have like 10mm between the cylinders and not 2 or 3 mm like the S50/54.

Not much. 8.5" with 215/35's and 9" with hopefully 245/35's, if not I have to use 235/35's or 235/40's.

Glad to hear that you like the project. Coming some parts later this week as well. And there wil be done stuff during the holidays.

Horsepower, do you know the weight difference between the RB26 and S54? I only ask considering "on paper" the power numbers are close. Of course, I have no clue what I'm taking about with either.

It is hard to tell, but on top of my head I think is a tad heavyer. I don't know how much longer the block of the S50/S54 is compared to the M20, but the RB block is 10cm longer than the M20B20 block I have in my garage.

The RB is also lower in hight than the S50/S54, think we might be talking 2-3cm in height. The gearbox is also going about 25-30cm more backwards in the car compared to the 6 speed S50/54 gearbox.

Yes, hanging Wilwood or Tilton. Fluids need to be in the engine bay.
