I Worked on the car for a couple of hours this morning, Got the remote filter housing & oil cooler in along with all the gauges hooked up & functioning. Now its just a case of cleaning things up & running a few more wires here & there. Also have to make some Alternator bracket spacing. The way the oil cooler is may not be the best, but it was the most efficient way to do it with covering the least amount of intercooler with the amount of lines I had to run to it.
Anyway heres a couple of pics.

Man that looks nice! I just been busy playing with my ebay manifold again. You will have to wait for video of the screamer pipe in action. Gate YO!
Your alternator spacers went in the mail yesty, should get there before the weekend. So is this a local custom jobbie or did you end up going 666fab after everything?

Got it from good & tight. Hopefully things will be looking toward it running boost before xmas or early next year.! Looking forward to getting those spacers. After I get them its just a case of making sure it doesnt leak & plumbing up the custom rad & intercooler setup then off to get exhaust & ecu done!

Well heres a pic of the manifold & turbo on.
Thats about as far as it go, the manifold is most likely going to come off & become a paperweight because the wastegate actuator will not work at all & nobody over here wants to touch stainless manifolds with a 10 foot pole :(
Will find out sometime this afternoon hopefully what can be done by the shop that is doing the rest of the exhaust system. It'll be a real shame if the manifold can't be used as it looks well made.

As you can see thats the wastegate flapper hitting on the strut tower.

Alternatively fit an external gate and tie the wastegate flapper shut like I have just done on my car? :) everyone loves gate!
Was just gonna say....make a spacer with two turbo flanges and a pipe problem solved
:)

Off to the exhaust shop, While its there they are looking at modifying the current manifold & adding for the external gate I bought. If not possible a whole manifold will get done along with 3 inch dump, flex, magnaflow cat & 3 inch system through to magnaflow muffler. Also getting braided lines for the turbo feed & drain done & possibly the sump baffles & drain fitting welded into the sump.
Meant to get it back early next week. Looking forward to it :D
