Thanks all! The urge to mod is strong but I am resisting... it's a slippery slope that is tough to come back from.

I'll continue to update this thread with Leavenworth pics as they filter in (picwhore).

I had a great time at the E30 Picnic and Tech Day last weekend!

In preparation I fixed my A pillar covers, on which the vinyl had separated on both driver and passenger sides. These are M3 specific and NLA so I was lucky I didn't break anything in the process. I used Goo Gone and brake cleaner to remove the 24 year old adhesive and used heat lamps to recurve the vinyl. Once they were back in shaped I used new 3M spray adhesive and put them back together. They turned out great!

I also fixed a few issues... I had a random high idle that stemmed from the cruise control cable binding slightly at the linkage. This was due to a worn plastic clip that holds the cable in the linkage bracket. I replaced both the cruise and throttle cable clips just to be sure. For anyone else with this problem, the part number is 13541747519 and they are around 50 cents each. A plus is that the new ones are black instead of the yellowed plastic it replaced.

I also added a new trunk roundel to replace my cracked original. Lastly, I have a set of Moroso S14 ignition wires on the way and a new o2 sensor to install, as well as 16 new exhaust manifold lock nuts.

Here's a great picture of my car at the Picnic taken by Sepp:

I also updated the first post with the major tasks complete and before/after pictures!

                  Had some fun yesterday:

Yup, that's my fuel line. Found a nice little puddle under my car after letting it idle for a few minutes yesterday. This was less than an hour til our weekly r3v GTG. It was either run to autozone and get some fuel hose or leave the car at home.... Of course, I wasn't about to give up that easy.

Ok, I really suck at updating this thread.

Last November, Stephen Sayer shot my car for the 2012 e30 calendar:

                    Been daily driving it:

Took it to the Old School reunion, the Leavenworth Drive and of course the e30 Picnic.

                    Added Motorsport door handles:

                    And Startec tails:

And last but not least, a 10" Lukebox with amp rack and all the goodies.

                    Still driving it every day.

Your car is awesome. I'm looking at flying out to Orange Cnty to buy a Henna e30m3 as well. One of my favorite colors.

Interesting, what's your ground-to-fender measurements in the front? What wheel/tire size are you running?

I just recently added 15mm drop hats to the front so it's now pretty much perfect for me. Not slammed but a nice even lowered ride height.

Your slightly higher than mine but I like the ride height. How are the roads in Washington State? I am on J stock and with Mass roads being junk makes me wish for some H&R sports some days.
