Hopefully I can get this turbo setup together ASAP! I've been very busy over the break at work ---- we just started making Jambox cases. They're on amazon and have been keeping me very busy! I'm hoping to do the clutch first, headgasket, timing belt and metric blues next, and finally the turbo setup. I want to do it in stages so my car isn't down for too long at once.

Got 2 new rear tires. Falken 452 225/45/16. Don't have any current pics unfortunately. I test fitted them today and it rubs badly. I will be doing some fender work tomorrow hopefully. I'll update this with some pics!

I need camber correction. I have seen the weld in ones, is it worth it?

12mm risers are definitely something I'll have to look into getting...
Oh hey, thanks mail-lady.
So I have been collecting turbo parts for the past few months in hope of having everything necessary to install everything during the break from school. Well, that won't be happening. Work has been keeping me too busy! Plus, I don't have everything I need yet. Things I still need: Oil feed line, a few -an adapters/fittings, and that's about it.

So this thread has become probably my most favorite! So much inspiration to build up my bronzit! I have been wanting to do very similar upgrades to mine, but the way you executed them, is very impressive. Homemade eurotrim, homemade skid plate, other homemade goodies and bits, that is pretty damn awesome! I will be addressing these things on my e30 soon enough!

I had a weird noise at idle (thumping) and was told to check motor mounts. I discovered they were in very poor shape and sagged so the oil pan would rattle with the skid plate. Here's pics of the old mounts
Motor on left, trans on right
As you can see, very poor shape! I replaced them and the noise is gone + it drives much smoother!
