I like the black cluster rings! Also, as for tires...I know the Castro's guys run 215/45 Falken RT-615K's. And they look pretty good, it's probably what I will end up running. -
Got the air filter in the mail today along with the m50 TPS. Injectors will be sent out for cleaning and testing soon. They are delphi 42lb'rs...look like this

Waiting on a few more things and then MS will be installed.!.!
Woohoo, kitties!!!

H1C is ordered. Will have pics when it arrives :)
Cone air filter is also ordered for a custom hot air intake. I'll be running N/A mega squirt for a little while before I introduce boost. I want to learn on N/A :pLeave a comment:

I've been collecting more parts

I ordered 42lb injectors, but the guy was being shady and wouldn't ship them out. I got refunded. I am still on the hunt for some 42#ers.
The most recent purchases are: stage 2 F1 clutch, innovate MTX-lLeave a comment:

This will be turbo build part 2. I sold the old setup to a nice guy in Florida thinking I was buying an S50. I put a deposit on an "s50". The guy seemed legit. I started feeling like it wasn't an s50. He never told me it was swapped into a 318i. He gave me the vin and it was for an m50. He gave me the stamped digits near the oil dipstick on the pan and it was for an s52 he said. He had no idea what he was selling. I asked for a refund and he gave it back in about 2 weeks. I'd get $100 every now and then. Once it was fully refunded I began looking for another s50/2.
I found the second s50 in Florida. The guy was super nice and in no rush to sell. It was in need of a vanos rebuild (140k miles) and that was the only problem. He gave me compression numbers and they were 250-260...suspicious. It started getting shady, so I didn't buy it.
Kept looking and realized that the power I would get from an s50/2 wouldn't even match what my turbo was making. So I decided to turbo again. I will heavily document this so keep checking back!Leave a comment:
