    This is what I've been leaning towards all along. Not really correct to badge it as an M3, a 325e or anything, for that matter... Visually, you're correct... the silhouette is unmistakably M3, but the pedigree is not. No reason to pose it as such. Especially since the drivetrain is not M and the modifications list is immense... I think no badge-ing... It is so well known from the build threads, that I don't think there a very many who don't know what it is anyway...
