If it was a daily driver in a warm climate then I would say just leave it in for insurance but our cars aren't daily driven so it's not a big deal.

Been shopping for complete brake kit..plan on time trailing this so wanting to stick with stock brakes.VAC seems to have a good price for 4 Zimmerman rotors, porter field pads and ss lines for $540....may need to step up to the EVO front rotors for another $150 ...and of course track pads...Any one running these...are they worth the extra bread?? Can't wait to beat The shit out my buddy's mustang..we will both be in TTD class :)NASA

Hey thats mine! haha. Yeah, if you want to race in a straight line, this isnt the car for you. This car is about balance in the corners. And please believe, that even off the line, my 210 lb/ft at the wheels and 245 wheel hp is no slouch.
Ive had no problems with mine. And your proceeding suggestions have been done. My car was Car Of The Month a couple months back you can read up on my mods. Ive never found it necessary to change to the electric fan. Id like to hear your suggestions as to why though. I know it supposedly gives 5hp.
Euro m3 e30's do not come with a mech. fan, they come factory with a electric pusher fan.Originally posted by kendoggDon't know, but the E90 wasn't designed from the ground-up intending to be a racecar like the E30 was.

He's got a 95 cobra which is TTE ( believe it or not ) but with points (like me) will be in TTD. His will weigh around 3500 and mine 2733 (maybe less). I still would have some points left so I could drop another 50-75 lbs..3500lbs on stock brakes...piss on that!
Getting ahead of myself,I don't even have the bitch running yet...maybe soon!NASA

Great news. Run some Seafoam through it and have some fun. Need to blow the cobwebs out."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj
