so recently i fixed the puking issue,
needed a new expansion chamber cap.

but then after running smoothly, the waterpump gasket is leaking.... :(

got the gasket today, gonna try and tear it up today/tonight and have my e30 running good by tmw :)

So I just read all 27 pages. Get that water pump seal off clean and use a gasket sealer I promise it won't leak after that, screw paper gaskets. It should take you 1 hr and 15 min to tear it it back down and have it all back together...... Ready go

Did you ever end up finding a water pump pulley tool?

flat head screw driver and a 10mm wrench should take the fan and pulley bolts off

not quite...... i drove it around and i have another leak. im assuing from the thermostat housing gasket as i did not RTV that either, and my water pump was dry on the bottom sealing area.
i was too pissed to look into it further yesterday, ill probably fix that in a week, too broke do stuff.

and something to hold the pulley still?

flat head method doesnt work for me.... not coordinated enough.

10 mm wrench. How can you not make a wrench and a flathead work together?

Well I'm hoping I can get some work in on this pos soon, I broke my leg last month, had to have surgery :( still in a cast and I have some torn ligaments :(

I might be able to fix my water leak but I can't drive it for a while.
