This car looks factory and it was found in what looks to be a junkyard, did BMW ever make a factory E28 Touring or is it some kind of post-production conversion? This thing is absolutely amazing!

the conversion was carried out by schulz using a normal E28. I believe the rear hatch started life from a VW golf.

They did but we never got one.

the only E28 to EVER leave the factory was a 4 door sedan. BMW never made a touring version.

Believe it was a MB rear, there was one for sale in the Boston area this year. It was on Craigslist for some time and on Bring a Trailer

we stayed at the shop well past midnight Thur and Fri trying to finish up the car, here is Eddie putting on the ACS stripes very late at night



the car is 95% finished. Was going to take it to H2O but the weather was horrible, instead we drove to Bimmerstock 2011 on Long Island for the big show.
Car rides great !

Will lower it more on Monday. Will post more pics later

Car came out very nice sir! I have to say though, the ACS badging is pretty tacky though.
