Adjusting the cam's that slight amount does not really "gain power", it simply shifts the power band up or down depending on retarding/ advancing. I don't need high rpm torque, I need it low down in the range.
why don't you come to terms with the fact that your car isn't that low, save yourself the headache of those TWO horribly fitted front lips, and simply run one or the other (i lip imo) it would look much cleaner.
Either that, or just get super fucking low and then you wouldn't have to have lip spoilers that give a false illusion of low.
Seems to me like you're going a couple different directions here. Stanceboy and racecar, honestly these two scenes/usages are conflicting because of intrinsic characteristics of both styling/application methods. For instance your wheels are tires are obviously not of any real quality track use because of their fitment and likely the weight. Aforementioned lips. Also conflicting is the stripped out interior and fanboy trinkets that riddle your whip. On top of that you sport (racing gloves?) on your dash. Find that you need those often when you're not trying to smash up your (once again) two lips over speed bumps?
I just feel like this car could use a nice dose of continuity. Otherwise +1 for diving in to your own project.
So basically you're telling me my car needs to fit one of two "genres" of car scenes? With all due respect, thats bullshit. I'm not going to tell you "I <3 haters" or any of that, but really? What "fanboy" trinkets do I have? I build my car how I wanted to. To look good on the weekday, and easily be turned into a track car simply by switching tires. And as for being low? That lip is now even with my skid plate, so I'm not trying to pretend I'm super low. For an e30? Not low. For an m42 powered e30? Im pretty low. I'd love to go lower, but If I go any lower I will loose ALL usability because of the fudged up suspension.
The racing gloves are there because... Racecar. No, seriously, I completely forgot they've been sitting there since auto-cross haha.
Other than that, I do(in all seriousness) respect and appreciate your constructive comment.
Edit: Holy crap, my front valance looks like it got raped by a tire wall. Twice. Oh wait...

if you want it down low advance your exhaust cam boss.
stop lying to yourself. this car and you belongs drifting. auto x does not mix with this
Turbo M42 Build Thread :Here Ig:ryno_pzk I like the tuna here.
yea. if you tweak your exhaust side a few degrees it gives you a little more bottom. It sounds like thats what your going for right?
I did it to mine to build boost a little quicker but the concept is the same. it just makes it feel a little bit like a bigger engine moving the torque curve down lower.
