I thought they came standard? Either way, I was told it had an lsd at the time of purchase. Either way. I'll weld it up for now, and my friend is going to give me his 4.01lsd when he swaps his 3.25lsd in.

Keep in mind your gonna have around 300'lbs or torques. Your gonna blister tires w a 4.10. Im stayin w my 2.93 and ill have it welded. If thats to tall ill be grabbin a 3.25 or 3.46.

I know :o I'm just going to do it when I want to thrash some tires, I have my friends 4.10 I'll be dd with. Driving that thing with a welded diff all the time would be suicide haha.

Hell yeah haha. I found an engine so I'll pick that and the trans up soon, along with ordering a stage 3 clutch.

as far as i know LSD was an option for 318is.
