    Exactly, The only real option is running oval piping. So I figured I'd fulfill my lifelong dream of a fender-dump exhaust :pimp:

    the prob with the 302s is running pipe back is damn near impossible. I talked to my exhaust guy yesterday and we were thinking of a y pipe right off the pass and running 2.5 or 3" out the pass side.

    I actually just figured out my exhaust, its a bit retarded but If I'm shooting some flames with a cam... I'm doing shorty headers, that come together and meet, exit on the drivers side and run straight to the passenger side. It will go through the area where the charcoal canister or whatever it is used to sit, and will exit through the passenger fender. The straight part will be flanged so I can run a resonator/ flex pipe/ straight pipe, and quickly change out.

    Its the only way I'll have room for any sort of muffler, I have less than 3 inches to the subframe(which it has to go under).
