Your car looks janky thats all. Im happy for you if you like it, honestly but most of the guys on this forum are about clean simple looks. Your interior drives me fucking crazy but Im a very clean person & like it to look clean, but again not my car.

Im very interested to see where you take the car & how your taste may change.

& +1 on the wheels being too heavy, they look good but that 100-200lbs you shed else where wont make up for 22lbs of extra rotating mass.

I know, but they're street tires, not track tires. And yeah, as somebody said before, everyone on here only loves PERFECT cars. Guess what? If you use your car, it usually won't say perfect.

      But thanks.

Small update before I finally pick up the engine...
Cleaned the door cards up, and mounted the rear speakers for good. If anybody has a pair of the front door handle surrounds, and would like to give me a gift, pm me :D

                Mustache because halloweencar:

The rear cards look a little out of place, but the whole interior will be getting sprayed satin black before the cage build, so it will look semi decent then, I'm just happy to have the toolbox gone haha.

                And yeahhhhh

                As she sits...

No huge updates, got a few parts for the swap this past weekend; brake booster, engine side of the wiring adapter and a second projector which I no longer am planning on using, so I have a set if anybody is interested. As of right now, I still need to order brake lines, find a transmission(help anyone?) and a driveshaft. My friend is graciously giving me his old diff so thats taken off of the to-buy list. Also on order are some quick release latches for the hood( http://www.quik-latch.com/quik-latch-mini-latch.html )

                        And for kicks:

Why do you need quick releases? Isn't the hood release latch pretty quick? I mean, when you pull it the hood opens almost immediately.
