Here is some testing of the updated headlight wiring:
Headlights, horns and grilles installed:

Pretty much done:
This weekend I have a couple driveability issues to address and am going to give it a Meguires Mirror Glaze polish and a coat of my favorite wax, Collinite.
The chrome drip rails are on perpetual back order and I fear they will soon be officially NLA so I'm going to see if I can pull a black set from a parts car I have. I may install the black and black out the c-pillar chrome leaving only the sill as chrome.

Reason: fixed some obvious spelling issues
I've gone through the entire thread, but I must be blind. Is the car still on stock suspension? Nice build, this is exactly what I wanted to do with a red 4 dr (got a little sidetracked...).

Sub'd for awesome simplicity.
You didn't miss anything, I never really mentioned any suspension stuff. It's on some sort of mystery lowering springs that were on it when I got it. The fronts are red and the backs are green, maybe Bavauto fronts and Tein rears? The Billy shocks feel borderline worn out, but still OK for DD. Don't know if they are HD's or Sports. I'll prob end up buying all new at some point and transferring the old stuff to one of our LeMons cars.
The car isn't running super great so I need to work that out before moving on to anything else. It feels like a fuel issue to me. I'm getting light surging at idle and I can also feel it when driving, like on oscillating drag. I have damn near replaced everything so there are only a few things it could be.
I am going to try to go to it. It will be fun to connect some names and faces and reconnect with those I got parts from.
Thanks for the positive comments everyone, I really tried to keep it neat and classy and it seems like that is how it came out. Without the tech info and encouragement from this forum I would never have gotten it done.
One part of the build I will not miss is buying parts through the classifieds. About one in every six purchases ended up being a 45 day payday loan. I never lost money but I also never have to start so many PayPal disputes. There are some very good sellers as well and I need to catch up on my feedback so they get credit.
Beautiful build! Great color choices and 4-doors is the way to go. Now you've got me pinin' for euro bumpers - damn you!:)
How bad was it doing the sunroof / headliner?
Where'd you get that cupholder? I'm using one from an e46, but yours looks more stock.
The whole moonroof and headliner thing was a pretty big job. I had all the glass out so it wasn't as bad as it could have been but it still wasnt fun. If my old one wasn't moldy I would have just left it alone. Just getting a new headliner was a huge pain. I never got the it perfect right around the sunroof opening and I'm still trying to get the moonroof to open and retract properly.
