I would shoot them an email or call and ask more about them, or how much they will stand behind them. If they are willing to offer a refund if you twist one then you can't lose!
If I needed halfshafts at this point I would give them a go, but mine are not an issue at 7psi. When I get my clutch broken in and it sees 16+ psi it will be a different story.

I think you just need to find a way to reduce some of that power.

Sent an email to CA Tuned about the axles. I asked about who makes them, what the warranty is, what parts of the axles are upgraded (CV joint parts, etc...) Response:

They are made by us in house. We got tired of braking them with pushing over 500 pounds of tq.
So these have been tested for over a year with no issues. The rating on them is over 700hp.
Everything that is possible to upgrade we have upgraded it.

Let us know if you need anything else.
First year is a full replacement. FREE
Second year is 15% replacement cost
3rd year and on: 30% replacement cost

I'm going to pick a set up shortly. Can't beat that warranty IMO. If they last 3 years and then break, and I need to pay $150 for a brand new set of axles, I certainly won't cry.

Why do people still insist on HP ratings? It's torque that kills!
Regardless it sounds like they will back up their product very well, and I will be picking up a set when I turn up the boost!
                Thanks for emailing them!
And like you said, even if they do break after three years, $150 is most certainly worth 3 years of axle abuse!

Mishimoto radiator #4 is set to arrive tomorrow. This one was free of charge, with free 2nd day air shipping. Hard to beat their customer service.

#3 arrived a few days ago with a defective overflow nipple. Stripped threads and angled to the point where I couldn't get the hose installed.

Once I receive the new one, I'll weld the overflow hole on #3 shut and either drill & tap a new hole or weld a bung on somewhere for a new barb, and keep it as a spare.

My recommendation to anyone buying these radiators is to immediately replace the plugs with higher quality stuff. They seem to use a very porous, cheap, cast aluminum for the nipple, temp sensor plug, and drain plug. They almost feel like plastic.

The big 3-core Z3M. The cores started leaking after 1 year/10k miles on the first two.

The E36 Mishimoto I put in my E34 recently started leaking after about a year. $30 in shipping for a new one, but I have yet to install it.
