Didn't catch any info about your current exhaust, what is your setup after the IE long tube headers? It sounds really good. Also where did you place the o2 sensor, I noticed the y-pipe farther back after the headers.

Dual 2.25 until around the guibo, then single 3" all the way to a kooks race muffler.

Just got my itb setup complete. Having problems with megasquirt. It idles fine and drives fine but when I go to mash the throttle I Lean out like crazy (22.0). I have megasquirt set on itb mode. Any clue?

Needs acceleration enrichment adjustments and some changes to the map I'd say.

All edges good except top right corner near windshield where it dips down like an inch. Vis has had this issue since like 2004.

I'm very familiar with it, I bought a hood for my 98' 240 with the same issue. Their trunks have a similar problem. The only company I've bought a CF hood from that fit almost dead on was from seibon.
