Ya pulling the trans is a shitty job. Sounds like you swapped a clutch in a half hour.

Do you recommend that clutch then considering that quick review?
Any idea what tq #'s it can hold? I couldn't really find any and I need a new clutch before I hit the dyno again.

Took 3hrs start to finish, it's easy considering I had to do it so often on the m30.

So far yes as it feels like stock. It's completely different from a spec stage 3. The spec is pretty harsh and bites very hard, while this fx400 seems very forgiving. It's supposed to hold like 170% more than the stock clutch. I've only put 50miles on it but I'll be cranking boost up as soon as I get my 500 mile break-in done.

Yeah the 170% is all I could find as well. Good to hear the stock engagement because I am sort of growing tired of the bite my current clutch has.
I feel sort of bad when my pops wants to drive the car for fun around the block knowing you spend half the drive getting used to the clutch.

Update on how it is when you break it in! I'm making a good amount of tq so your review is one of the most reasonable ones to consider.

That's a great feeling clutch. I put it in a locals car that plans on turbo later.

Is the M30 still in the game plan later on?

I won a raffle at a local speed shop and now they have a dyno so I have $500 credit towards dyno runs. :)

So my innovate MTX-l died today for no reason. Getting 12v and ground but wont communicate or power on at all. Luckily I live near summitracing so I grabbed a new wideband and installed some 700lb rear springs, its just a 50lb increase but should alleviate some of my rubbing.
