Damn man your car is a whole new beast now!! hows does 20PSI feel compared to your old 10-12 PSI WAR MAF setup.... How much timing can you rock at 20PSI? and whats your AFR right now?

WAR chip feels like poo compared to megasquirt. When I had WAR it was always things like that sensors bad or its my draw through setup and lame excuses for why my car wouldn't run with stock like drive ability. For a moment I almost believed that it wasn't possible to drive like stock with a turbo. But then day I slapped on megasquirt...... even un-tuned the car ran perfect. Same sensors and everything worked with NO CEL so I could technically pass smog with a cat.

20psi feels amazing, its a real rush to drive and will get yoy in trouble very quickly. Running around 22degrees of timing and 11.8 AFR. I want to try a few more degrees of timing but I feel I need 93 octane for that

cool! I would need to get my temps in check with my SC to do 22 degrees but I got a big front mount coming for my twincharge setup..so I should be close to be able to use 22 degree if not W/M injection time :)

When you can show me your fuel map.. and also how did you configure your injectors in MS...am moving from 30# to 60#?

Considering fender flares, like zg style so I can go wider right now I'm noticing a lot of rubber dust building up on my rolled flat flares from rubbing every now and then. I actually took a good mm out of one of my rear tire because it caught the fender lip while sliding a turn, it ended the drift pretty quickly..... I can not even fit a finger in my front fender gap. Before I rolled it on the new wheels the car wouldnt even move and a note card could be held by my fender gap.
            thinking like this.

They are usually less than $200, problem I'm having is that most are only 2" flares and I would need about 3" to have room for something like superwide 245's or 265's

What fuel pump are you using? Had to cut my dyno tune short at 14psi because anything more the fuel pump couldn't keep up

Those flares look pretty good. I can't get a finger between my rear fender and tire, the fender has rubbed all of the sidewall writing off but, that's because the fenders were never rolled.

still on stock fuel pump with no fueling issues.

my flares are very rolled and still rub:( the front are rolled 100% flat and pulled 2-3mm and I still get rub, my tires are bulging off of an 8" rim

What size tires are you going to use?

for my rears 16x9 I wanted to go 245/45/16 but its ridiculous expensive and 245/50/16 are just to BIG overall..

my current tires actually about as wide as some 245's. looking to get some 17x9 OZ superleggeras with 265 for the rear keep current tire up front.
they are basically the beastly version of my current wheels

Also decided to try out brake boosting yesterday while cruising. its insane, I can build 10psi while rolling at about 40-50mph, I let off the brake my tires screech and i fly away lol, insta boost

also IF the flares turn out good I'm willing to modify other sets to be E30 specific and sell them at a MUCH cheaper price than any other E30 flare out there.
