Forgive my ignorance, but what is Frank's car??? Obviously some sort of conversion, and probably really rare...

It is a 1984 320i baur. Frank is making a Hartge H27 baur clone.

No it is a clone H27. But the bastard has a genuine Hartge e30 that used to belong to me. He will not sell it back to me.

I have not seen a real Hartge baur yet.

It has been slow progress on the m30 motor. I painted the block black. Cleaning it up for my friend Frank and I to get the bottom dune. I hope he brings my head back from the machinist shop.

A while back I picked a Alpina 147 air dam. I been looking for one for years. I was thinking of buying a new one from Mel.

I went back to the paint shop to pick up my 162 Alpina air dam. They never got around to painting it. I am just going paint with a can of black. Later in the future I will have the whole car painted.

I been polishing some engine parts. I will post them up later.

I been polishing some aluminum parts on the m30. Here is a pic of the oil filter housing. Still need to have high speed polish.
