Sorry some of these pics are blurry. I didn't realize that my camera resolution was turned down quite a bit and I also had stuff on the lense haha
      Did some brake work today.
      Tear down

      New rotors. Painted the center

Rotor and new Stainless steel lines installed.

My caliper rebuild station haha Notice I sprayed the calipers black.

      Rebuilt

      Drivers side finished up.

Passengers done (I actually need new guide pin dust boots, have to install those soon)

Then I temporarily ghetto rigged my front end together. I lost a lot of the hardware for the grilles and headlights, so zip ties had to be used haha. I will be taking care of cosmetics/lighting later on.

      Rear brakes tomorrow!

It's supposed to go to the charcoal canister. The fuel feed and return lines are on the other side of the frame rail and the charcoal line runs on the outside.

                Lots of pics tonight.
I finished the rear brakes today.
                Before shot, Drivers rear

I knew this wouldn't come out right when I saw it. I was right...

                Passenger rear before

                First step paint the rotors.
                Prepped

                Painted

                Starting tear down

                Passenger side tear down

                Got lucky with this guy

This guy....not so much. We will handle that later

                Tearing down the calipers

Time to take care of that stupid set screw..Drill the head off and wack the rotor with a BFH

Unscrew the remains. Mine came out by hand

                Dirty sloot

                Painted the calipers

Figured I'd paint the hubs. Before

                After

Rotor installed with new set screw

My messy relocated caliper rebuild station

                Finished product

Drivers side finished up with a stainless steel line

                Passenger side finished

Figured I'd try to put these free B&W Roundel decals I got a long time on. Only temporary, until I buy some new OEM roundels
                      Before

                      Grinded off the bumpy stuff

Decal Applied. Not too bad, It lost some adhesion when I removed it once to realign. Now I just realized its not straight and It's going to drive me nuts

                        Guys I need some help!

My brakes seem to be locked up. I keep messing with the push rod length and I can't find the sweet spot.
Calipers are rebuilt so I know they aren't the issue like they usually are

                        Any recommendations?

EDIT: I got them to free up I think. The brake have a weird feel though, the pedal is soft and then bam it stops quick, like no in between. I haven't driven on the street thats just what it feels like on my driveway. Maybe I'm just not used to it?

rebleed your brakes? maybe there is a bit of air trapped in the lines. That or maybe your booster is shot?

I've bled them several times. I can try doing it more.

I've heard the booster can't really contribute to these issues. It would have to be something in the hydraulic system.
