This is the exact kit I bought, from the same seller.

That one on summit looks about right. It's not likely it would have an ID that's too small, 51mm is 2", worst that can happen is that it's a little too big and fits loose. The honda kit comes with these little beveled rings that you use to keep the sleeve centered, since it fits a little loose. So you cut it a little too short then use the beveled ring to wedge it in place and keep it centered when you tighten the gland nut down.

Yeah, maybe its better to go with that Honda kit if it's of good quality. I am having trouble seeing how the sleeve from summit maintains its position. Thanks for linking me!

Hey, I'm actually selling a set of German Engineering Coilovers, as well as GC coilovers. Let me know if you want any of the two. Here's my FS thread

Hey, I only need front adjusters as I already have springs and rear adjusters and I don't think you'd want to split up you German engineering set, unless you do...

I don't think I'd ever get rid of it :) just haven't really done anything to it besides drive the piss out of it. Been too busy with school to work on it or to afford to buy parts.

                    Hopefully someone can answer this..

with 550f and 700r eibach springs and the coilover conversion, would Koni single adjustables for the G60 corrado (1198sport) up front and the 94-99 mustang (8041-1186Sport) in the rear be okay?

Ground control recommended the 1198sport up front so I'll take their word on that, but for the rear they recommended Konis for the e30 m3, but I was external adjustability and seeing that people run the mustang shocks for that reason. I'm just not sure how they'll do with the quite stiff spring rates.

Ordered rear mustang Koni sports that top adjustable today. Still waiting to hear from a r3ver about the fronts from the G60 corrado.

Removed this old piece of a wheel bearing that was seized on

Some new FAG porn (new front wheel bearings):

I picked up some used but nice JTD RSMs for a great price. I tried to prep them for the 12mm shaft of the top adjustable shocks by "honing" the sleeve in the bushings, even though I don't think the sleeves are completely necessary. They turned out decent for doing it with a drill and dremel, but they lost some length. It was tough to do when the walls became only about .5mm thick.

I think it's a good thing I got RSMs... This is what I've been rolling on:

it's also a good thing I got a new sunroof seal...

Next time you have your vc off take a straight edge to it and that will tell you all you need to know. They can warp pretty badly.

Yeah, I should have done that. It seems to be fine now that I tightened the nuts properly. Time will tell.

Rear shocks and ebay coilover sleeves (as per recommendation from a member here) on the way.
Front struts should be sent by the seller today as well.

Looking into rear trailing arm bushings. Not sure if I should be doing toe correction and all that or not. If you guys have any recommendations please let me know.

I gave the strut housings some more leftover paint I had, trying to get everything as ready as I can.

Got the eBay special sleeves and adjusters. I just need to cut them and some spacers for the strut housings to the proper length, but can't really do that until I have the suspension on the car out so I can use the collar nuts to see where everything sits.
