yea. its nice. i didnt have it without the cams, but it was alot faster then my m50.

be very careful in the rears. I, and 2 other people have popped the airhouse 2s because of clearence with the axle. just make sure they dont rub at all heights.

Awesome build! And very nice attention to detail.

Epic fail on no heater core and maybe the bags too.

However.... your still doing great and it's your car.

        Carry on!

Good work so far. You have a lot of sanding ahead of you on that bay. This is my roommates car. Still need to do the rad support and relocate the fuse box.

            Sorry for the massive pic.

Thanks for the support. Wow that bay is looking amazing. I can't wait to see the final product. This pic is a inspiration pic for me as of right now. I was pretty much doing everything off the top but atleast now I have something to help. Are you gonna bag this car too?

Well since cars don't like being winter driven, my 318is showed signs of it. The driver frame rail was rotted and so was the floor. Passenger side was "alright" but still needed work to be perfect. My body guy cut out what was rusted and welded thick metal to repair the floor/frame rail. Also the jack points were crap so those too were done. Here are some before and after pics.

Look what the UPS guy brought me today :)
Air House 2 bags for the rear. This way I can modify the trailing arms before sending them to out sandblast / powder coat.

sucks about the rust, but my e28 is worse. unfortunately i dont have the tools/money to fix it. been a great car tho, very reliable.(also need to learn to weld lol), anyway, keep up the good work, things gonna turn out really good judging by your work.

After opening a thread asking about Crossmember Reinforcement, I got some comments saying that M42 crossmembers are more likely to crack. I wire wheeled around the mount points and found that one side was already starting to crack. Had to do something about it. Instead of purchasing a made kit, I took the thickest piece of sheet metal I could find at the shop, cardboard paper and got to work. Made an outline quick quick and modified it on the fly. They came out alright.Hopefully they do the job. Had them welded and also freshened up some spots. Next up have to make the holes.
