The reason I needed it measured was because I need to make sure my new mount holes for the diff ears are the right height, otherwise it would put a lot of force on the subframe bushings. Now that I know it's 2" I can jack up the diff+subframe until I hit that 2" mark.sigpic

Sorry for lack of updates, been busy raising capital for my company.
On the upside, one of my investors is a car guy, and let me drive his cars all over:
A few quick comments (I could go on for HOURS about that day).
991 Turbo S: The interior of the Porsche was supremely accurate. Super German OCD. I think more engineering went into the Porsches interior than the entire Ferrari. The idle engine noise of the Porsche sounded almost identical to my S54 in my old Z4M coupe.
458: Exotic and driver oriented. Definitely put together by Italians. Best steering feel I've ever felt.
Vanquish: Didn't get to drive this one, but exterior was amazing. Particularly the tail/trunk lid, which is a stemless single piece of carbon fiber. http://i.imgur.com/ACUluiE.jpg
I did manage to weld in a new cat into my other E30 though. I plan on reusing it's exhaust system in the offraoder when smog time comes around :P
Progress soon. Offroader WILL be ready for winter desert season.sigpic

Way too damn hot to work on the car this week, and looks like it'll probably be too hot next week as well. Dangit!
Maybe I should get one of those water cooled shirts https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pr...asp?RecID=8831sigpic
