Decided to start dismantling the newish subframe
Quickly realized a couple things:
- I have no idea where my 19mm wrench is
- The hub bolt is impossible to get by yourself with hand tools when the axle is not connected to anything
So I gave up for today and did this instead

Car looks awesome, love it with the Futura's.
On the axle nut, you could maybe put two lug bolts in the hub and wedge a pry-bar in there, then use a breaker bar to break the nut free. Or pry bar to hold lug nuts and good electric impact would definitely get it off.- '88 m54 coupe

Finally fixed my stupid headlights! Got my new headlight bulbs in from XINGHUA City. This will probably be the last time I order from DDM tuning...
The culprit...
wham blam thank you ma'am
Yupp. My passenger side rear trailing arm is bent. That's why my driver side rear tire rubs but my passenger side one doesn't
I'm gonna do everything out of the car and then swap em out some day. Revshift 80A bushings all around and I decided against toe correction because I'm going on air eventually.
haha yeah I had that same thought. I had a pry bar wedged between two lug bolts and it was rotating so it hit the ground and I was standing on the trailing arm but I just ended up lifting myself up lol. I wish I had a more powerful electric impact :\

I like them a lot! Besides they're kind of a pain to install, they look damn good! I left my high beams alone, they're definitely needed.1991 325i Calypso Coupe

Truth.
DDM bulb temps are suspect and the ballasts are hit or miss, in my experience. Morimoto is high-quality stuff from bulb to ballast. I use their kits in both my cars. Wouldn't run anything else other than OEM stuff like DENSO or Matsushita.Comment
