Standard takes two legs to make the car go. I am not saying you cannot manage shifting with one leg, I do it from time to time with my right leg for fun. Fact: You cannot manage the pedals in a sudden issue that DEMANDS the use of two legs. Brake to avoid someone cutting off, then down shift to speed up around them. I have had people not look and just bolt through a red light or stop sign. On the highway, you get the idea. You have to be ready and I think the best is an auto. Don't like it? too bad, go buy a newer BMW with flappy paddles.

I am going to CLUTCH IN with my right leg.

I am going to use a magnet, preferably an electromagnet, on the clutch pedal to keep my foot on it while driving. I am also going to make an attachment for my prosthesis to allow me to "connect" to the pedal.

This is my dream - Im going to make it happen.

Just rev match it all the time, every time.

Driving a stick doesn't seem like it would be that hard with a prosthetic leg. I mean, I've driven with snow boots on that make it so I couldn't feel the pedal at all. Maybe there is more feeling than I think, but I'm sure you could get used to it. Seems like it wouldn't be much different than walking.

                                ^ This

I used to drive a manual forklift regularly with my left leg for clutch/brake and a broomstick down to the gas pedal (long story). I could drive it almost as well as with my foot after a while unloading motorcycles.
