Hey there is this Swedish company that makes custom flex axles that hold a lot more power then OEM axles do. Let me see if can find my bookmark.

        Edit:
PPF (Pure Performance Factory) makes custom steel flex axles. Give them a call and have some made. I am 100% sure that some one there speaks English. http://server.pure-pf.com/webshop2/i...roller=contact

I'm really bummed about this because today was the big day and my friend Eric made the almost 3 hour drive to help me prepare and go with me and video. Hes a ford mechanic with a low 12's second 87 mustang 5.0 LX.... soon as he felt 1st and second gear in my car he knew something was going to let go... he told me the amount of torque is beyond 500 big time he rarely seen torque so instant and brutal expect for his friends corvette 250HP shot of nitrous on top of his race engine. Anyways I may have built a car with too much low end grunt and now I have too seriously think about my next move for this beast because right now its bulletproofing the car to take the brutality of this twincharged system or my last option sell the beast engine to an owner with more money then me...

Why not just get your standard part store specials with a lifetime warranty. Sure it sucks to have to replace them but at least the part(s) is free.

Also maybe looking into a boost by gear setup? Limiting the power may help you get out of the hole quicker and save your axles... just a thought. +1 for sticking with it and not giving up Denny!

Yeah I think I will do that but the only hick is at the track I will keep braking them like toothpicks and paying 200$ towing back home which will eventually equal the cost of the Driveshaft shop level 5 axles :( decisions..decisions...

What is a boost by gear setup? thanks man i'm frustrated because I had everything lined up for once (hard with having a family) and Boom! more like CRACK!!

I had to take a break from mine because i got frustrated... Came back with a fresh mindset and worked on it and finally got her going.. I don't know much about retrofitting solenoids to our trannys but boost by gear essentially exactly how it sounds. It limits your PSI by what gear you are in, IE 8psi in first, 15 in 2nd and full kill in 3rd.

What's his face on here runs it on a m50+6-speed setup.

Yeah it is frustrating to see components fail that have nothing to do with my twincharger setup and have already all been done (I restored the whole car before thinking about performance with new oem and powerflex) but I think I will fix it and take a break from it for the rest of the year and move to my other project the vert with the M30 this winter. I think want to come back to my twincharged car and re-build version 2.0 with a stroker 2.7L, cleanup the engine bay, repaint satin black, fix cosmetic things rear bumper, wider wheels wells and wheels, a nicer cleaner muffler note to not attract the cops, reinforce that back end, soundproof,etc.. make it more of a street monster with more linear power...right now its the same effect has if I had a 6.7L Hemi in there and I know I will continue to break suspension pieces here and there... axles..driveshaft..etc... I need to put all this power to the pavement.

Hey thanks man! looks like one recipe may be this:

"Im running B7turbo alpina rear diff and

custom made drive shafts made out of flexible steel,

the drive shafts knots are from m535 "

Its going to be crazy expensive..
