not yet, I'm hoping it was a small valve leak, the leak tester showed great results, couldn't hear air escaping from the crankcase too, which means rings are good, Im hoping to get close numbers when doing the compression test again, thanks!

    modifiying a/c lines

    60lb/hr injectors!

    new aux fan

bought new bolts for the oil return and 4-bolt flange

    testing

my oil return, don't like that the oil bung fitting is looking donw... maybe i'll change that later...

I'm going to use a rear compressor fitting out of a e36 to reroute that line to the condeser, so I can have more space between the radiator support and intercooler..

starting to look like a car again

    bov will be going here

    modified my stock t-stat

cams are back in the engine again

I'm going to powdercoat my vanos, termostat housing, valve cover, turbo, piping etc.. I haven't decided which color yet, I was thinking about smoke crome, since this is how it looks (some racing dynamics I did about a year ago..)

    Thanks Sade

yesterday I did a leak test on all cylinders since I already bolted the head... I was curious to see what % i was going to get for cyl 2, since I did a compression test before disassembly and these were the results

    cyl 1 140psi
    cyl 2 80psi
    cyl 3 130psi
    cyl 4 120psi
    cyl 5 120psi
    cyl 6 90psi

keep in mind we live about 5500ft above sea, so you could add aprox 20psi for each cyl, cyl 6 had water so it was a headgasket fault, but didn't know what happened to cyl 2...

    on to the test

    cyl 1

    cyl 2

    cyl 3

    cyl 4

    cyl 5

    and cyl 6..

arps installed, fyi I had to install just one for alignment, in order to put the head on in an e30...

after reading the forums and getting mixed reviews about the install of an mls gasket, I went with copper spray on it, has always worked on my cars, let's see if this one works...

you can see the a/c line routing, it will need some kind of shield..

    e30's new look

hope I don't have to cut the battery tray, downpipe piping barely fits..
