Snagged this off my local parts guy for $20. Took advantage of the fact that it has been sitting there for over a year.

I want electrical, but it is better than nothing. At 50% discount, I couldn't refuse.

I feel you, I have considered boxing them in some but I'm going to wait until I have them in hand to decide.

I get that, I'm just not overly impressed with the design of their mounts...

I was going to but figured I'd save myself the hassle of pulling the motor 15 times to get them perfect lol.

UPS man just visited. Flange, u-joint, pan, pick up are all here. The only thing we are waiting on now is the mounts from E30v8.com. A little nervous because we haven't received a single e-mail regarding the order since it was placed.

Parts on the way. Oil pan, pick up, and conversion joint will be in thursday. Unknown ETA on the mounts, haven't heard anything yet. Diff flange is on it's way as well.

Will post por-I mean pictures as things trickle in.

^ Its good. I've been waiting for some decent weekend weather to really clean up the interior and the windows. I'm going to do the valve cover gasket next weekend most likely. Other than that I'm just enjoying the FUH-RAZE feel of a stage 3 clutch and the poly bushings lol

I'll definitely let you know. I have a hunch I'm going to find a broken oil pump driveshaft.

The head shows some obvious signs of oil starvation, a few of the rockers were bone dry when I pulled the valve cover. Oil level was good, so something went wrong with the lubrication system.

How's the black beauty treating you?

Well MS has been sold to IronFreak. I would like to thank him for his "donation" in getting this project rolling!

    Updated parts list:

    Conversion flange - ordered
    Front sump pan - ordered
    Mounts - ordered
Front sump pick up tube - ordered
    Conversion u joint - ordered

Now I just need the gaskets, brake setup, and driveshaft. So close I can taste it!

Mounts ordered. Megasquirt is FS to help fund the driveshaft and various parts.

I have done some research, and it appears the stock ECM can support upwards of 800whp, so I am not too worried about running the MS for now. I just want the car to go!
