I cant see the photos and I don't remember what you set up looks like (maybe find a new image hosting) but here is a great source for v-stacks. Cannot beat the price anywhere.

Shitty man, that sucks! I was looking forward to doing battle in SM! I guess I'm all by myself now :(

    They aren't quite done yet.

I have made a few revisions to my throttle linkage design and will be starting to build it as soon as I collect a few more pieces. I need to go to some local bike or small engine shops to see if I can get some cable adjusters and ferrules to customize my cables.

And I still need to get to the dyno to do a baseline before I swap over.

Unfortunately I've got too many other things on the go currently. It's been hard to find any time to work on this project.

The manifold is more or less milled as far down as it can be while retaining the fuel rail mounting tabs and the throttle bodies are as close to the head as they can be as there's no way to make those silicone reducers any shorter. The only way to move the throttles closer to the head would be to have a custom flange plate CNC machined to match up with the couplers that are used on the bike as they are much shorter...

But that's a lot of time and money just to move the throttle bodies an inch or so closer.

Any more on this? Nice project.

I've had 2 sets of Triump triple throttles sitting in a box for 2 years now waiting to do this same thing.

Also to get the best from the ITB's I would recommend moving them much closer to the head by milling the flange almost all the way down. Having very little air between the throttle blade and the back of the valves is what will give awesome response. Maybe see about a DCOE manifold for the M20 and mill that way down and just use the Triumph injector bungs.

I know it's been a while since I've posted any updates, that's because there hasn't been many...

I was able to squeeze a hose behind the booster, it involved cutting the hard line from the heatercore back a bit. There's not much for the hose clamp to squeeze on, but it hasn't been leaking so it should be good...

I also figured out that the throttle cables will roughly reach where the bracket for the throttle body cable screws on, so I'll be able to modify that bracket to hold onto the throttle and cruise cables....

I'm still in the process of designing the mechanism I'm going to use to join the cables.

And finally, the manifold has been fully welded...
