    yes I'm trying to dogleg a S52.

    I stumbled into both of mine - one came with a 635csi that I restored and then killed, the other one came in the trunk of this 323i.

    I have an M30 dogleg, I can put a 528e bellhousing on it and then it will fit on a S52, which will avoid concerns of overpowering the relatively fragile getrag 245/11.

    So you take a m30 dogleg put the 528e housing on it and it will fit the m30? I wonder how hard the m30 dogleg is to find an I bet it cost a chunk of change.
