truth be told, I've lost steam on this because cleaning and painting engine bays sucks a lot. I've also increasingly started to dislike the tech 1 kit and want to pull it off.Leave a comment:

no, the length is not the same as a 265 one
I think I cut about an inch out of an alloy shift console, but don't remember if it was an e34 or e30 one. grabbed it out of my parts bin and measured on the car with the trans in place.Leave a comment:

Great! So as far as a transmission mount for an M20 powered car, what would be the best way of going about that? Do you know if the dimensions are the same as a G265, in regards to using the E30 M3 aluminum shift carrier adapter bracket?
