Well, it's been a while since I've update but there has been some progress......
Replaced all suspension bushings (less CR's and sway bar links), new wheel bearings, new rotors, new ceramic pads:

Rear tear down

I painted everything with POR15. Everything was primer'd with gray POR15 and then got a High Temp top coat.

The 3.46 LSD got all new seals.

New CV axels

New E46 Strut bushings with re-enforcement plates.

Front tear down:

Used a set of drop hats while I was replacing the strut mounts

Had to replace a stripped valve cover head stud.
The valve cover kept leaking and forming oil on top of the cover around the edges.
Also, repainted the valve cover again (3rd time)
Also, installed a IE strut brace I've had laying around for a few months.

I have developed a leak that pools water in the front floor boards every time it rains.
I have pin pointed the leak to the HVAC unit to body seam that will require me to remove the whole dash from the car to fix.
Same as this guy (Spot #2): http://www.e30tech.com/forum/showthread.php?t=69882
So for the time being I have removed the carpet so I can sop up the water when it rains and avoid floor pan rust.
