    Thank you for input.

I didn’t know spal had a gasket. I managed to get fan up to radiator. It pushes three now.

    No AC for now.🥵

    I received this today.

ID:	10079268 I had to adjust the pusher fan to be flush on radiator. I noticed when I ran power to it the air was not pushing all the air threw. It had a gap around a 1/4”. It is not bolted on radiator. It bolted on core support that is not perfect.

I agree with you. I just need to figure witch one that will look a a Hartge tip.

I worked on all three of my fans to fit in a tight space. I made some aluminum tabs and drilled them to allow air to flow radiator.

    Thanks, Sam.

I have more cool things coming soon.
I was having trouble with HID light on passenger. It would flicker on and off. I found it was a bad ground in the wiring. It works now.
I received my two Spal 10” fans today. I will be running three Spal fans.

I was thinking about my Hartge 280km cluster. I did not want to pull speedo out to put in my m3 cluster.

I’m finished on rear fog lights. I need to replace rear back euro back panels with better ones. I’m having problems with front passenger side headlight. It seems I have a short in wiring. I checked wiring for breaks. No luck. I ordered a electoral short tester.

I put the lowest one. I drilled two hole into thermostat to allow more flow. I have factory ac fan on low and high speed plus two 10” puller fans. At 112 degrees it keeps temps down on my blk s38 m3.

I have a other e30 with s38 (m88/3) it has a e28 m5 radiator. The only difference between e28 535i and m5 radiator are the tanks on out lit nipples. On the black e30 s38 had cooling problems in the beginning. I had to two 10” more fan as pullers. In of the radiator is a factory AC fan. I drilled two more holes into Thermostat to flow more water. I’m using a lower thermostat. It keep temps down for 23 years with not problems.
I’m going to be doing the same on this build.
