I think the S Blade version has a higher cfm. And if it’s a spal, they have fan gaskets to help seal the radiator.
Running AC? What are you going to do for a controller?

I ordered a oxygen sensor. I welded the bun on the down pipe.
I was thinking about my Hartge 280km cluster. I did not want to pull speedo out to put in my m3 cluster.
I ordered a custom Hartge 300km m3 cluster with digital
gauges. I the fuel gauge changed to 55 liters. Sorry about the pics not in order.

I have a other e30 with s38 (m88/3) it has a e28 m5 radiator. The only difference between e28 535i and m5 radiator are the tanks on out lit nipples. On the black e30 s38 had cooling problems in the beginning. I had to two 10” more fan as pullers. In of the radiator is a factory AC fan. I drilled two more holes into Thermostat to flow more water. I’m using a lower thermostat. It keep temps down for 23 years with not problems.
I’m going to be doing the same on this build.

i was running e28 535i radiator on my s38 car but it didn't get enough ariflow at idle to cool the engine and temperature would start to creep up. I have not found a solution I like yetLeave a comment:
