I’m moving the e30 to build my costume turbo. The PPF turbo manifold will not work in e30 engine bay.

mine wouldnt cool at idle/ heatsoak conditions with 535i e28 radiator/ 16" spal pusher and s38 themostat housing so I am installing a different core spaced forward and puller fan

It might be a clogged radiator. I had a problem with my e28 m5 radiator a few years back. I was a 29 year old radiator that was clogging up. I bought a new with know problems.

what is your cooling solution for s38 turbo in e30?

l going to be using e28 M5 cooling system. That it includes e28 m5 radiator, thermostat housing, and radiator line. I will be using a 16” thin Spal push fan an two 10” pull fans on e28 M5 radiator.
I have the same set up on my other s38 m3 for 23 years with no problems.

I bought PPF turbo manifold for s38. PPF say it needs a little to be modified to fit in a e30. Wrong... I will need to modify it to fit.
