We're you running the stock crank pulley and the stock pulley from the Buick M90? Do you know how much boost you were making with those pullies by chance?

Mmmmm I love bright orange engine bays. Reminds me of this car:

      1991 318i SOLD
      2003 325i SOLD

      Racecars and stuff.

This is amazing I think about putting an eaton in just about everything. Good luck with the head work, plans to build the head a bit?

This is a road test not the best video but you will get the point.

Your coolant was coming out the cap every time you hit the throttle.

It took me a second readthru to realize there was an alternator relocation as well. Any info on how you did that also?

Sorry for no update. i recently moved to Tampa and i don't have a good place to work on the car so im at idle for now. but their are some updates

This was my first setup. maf - supercharger - fmic - bov - throttle body. it work but not for a daily. Because the supercharger is a positive displacement so while cruising with the throttle body cracked the air had nowhere to go so it constantly was blowing off. Annoying and not very inefficient. Here is a pic of the first setup

new setup throttle body before the supercharger and no fmic

if you where wondering about my brake booster here is a pic.

At 3, 5 or even 8psi you probably won't need an intercooler. They're beneficial but your intake temps at those levels should still be pretty safe. My old DD was an SVT Focus with an Eaton M62 blower on it. It pushed 10-11psi and I ran it unintercooled for 5 years and 100k miles. On hot days or stuck in traffic the heat soak was noticeable but it was a tradeoff for a very simple setup. Brake booster location makes me lol.

if you can pull that brake booster location, i would be very interested on any info you can share, since that location in my car is empty after i removed the heater/ac unit.

I will post some pictures tomorrow. It's a cantilever setup works very well.
