Went a different route then i see most people going, not necessarily a better route, but I did manage to put it in with no help... so if you dont have someone to come help you out, not a bad way to go. Jacked the body high up in the sky on two 3 1/2 ton jacks

Lowered the body down and proceeded fighting with the engine for a while and finally got the subframe all lined up.

nice project, I was going to mention the "T" for the iX master/ booster setup, but you already got that done. as far as the wiring goes, 3 wires need to go to the C104 which is under the dash on the pass side somewhere. I didnt do the wiring on my swap, but researched it a lot.

So I've been doing a lot of little things trying to get this thing running.
Designed a little bracket to hold my remote reservoir on the firewall.

and i think I may be doing a redesign here shortly since it ended up getting bent the wrong direction and not coming out how I would have liked.
And because this was a slight fail that needs some epoxy at minimum

          Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
made my own adapter harness, its still rough because I'm waiting for it to run before i button it up and make it prettier.

who can tell me what this connector sitting on the coolant res is???

          Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
And I used all the m50 starter wires so could someone tell me where this one in my clip tool goes???

So last week I tried to crank my engine for the first time and it cranked but didn't start. I figured it could have something to do with my tank having a mix of old gas and mid-grade... so i siphoned it all out and put some fresh 93 in with 2 lucas fuel injector cleaner additives and it still didn't start. Did a bunch of research and started troubleshooting it.. I had spark, and what seemed to be fuel at the intake line so I made some calls and was told to try replacing my CPS and since they are not super cheap I searched around and found a check, so I busted out my multimeter and it was reading 500+ ohms so i don't think it was the issue. My engine is out of a 1/95 model and as i searched more I found one link talking about 95 models not having a fuel pressure regulator at the rail but remote mounted and to try putting vice grips on the return line.. I did and she fired right up!!
Just ordered a fuel rail and regulator. Probably gonna order a red top tomorrow unless anyone has experience with a group 34 duracell cause it'd be cheaper but I'd have to eat the core charge since I don't have an old battery in it

So been a couple weeks since I updated this thread, and a good bit has gone on some good some bad. First off I got my fuel rail with built in fpr. Installed it and took my vise grips off the return line and she fired right up!!!! I May Have Wet Myself a Little... it was great. Here is a little comparison shot of my 95 m50 rail vs a pre 95 m50 rail.

so I started putting the car back together in hopes of a first drive. My driveshaft was in rough shape and had 250k on it so I went ahead and had the u joints replace and had it balanced. Went ahead and installed it. I wish i had a picture cause they repainted it and it looked like sex. I was greatly enthused. Had to run to a pull a part and get some little bits for my e36 rack swap as they don't sell m14x1.5 at my local home depots or lowes.

              Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
Went to town putting my suspension back together

              Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
Then shit hit the fan when I went to put on my passenger side caliper back on. Broke the crap out of my piston retractor tool trying to push the piston back in. Piston was seized and apparently has a good bit of rust and shit as it would push out when pumping the brakes but then would not retract as far as before. I ordered a second set of front calipers for cheap on ebay. Was really hoping to drive her yesterday since I have never driven my e30 and am dying to -_-. Gonna go ahead and order 2 rebuild kits from turner as well as stainless lines all the way around. Planning to go to town on cleaning up the spare set and painting them and then cleaning up the existing pair and selling them or keeping them as spares.

                  Thanks Kingston!
So glad i bought a second set of calipers because the original passenger caliper piston would not come out. started off wire wheeling the caliper and carrier. Can see from the carrier the condition they were in.

                  Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
Used some caliper paint and sprayed them black. If I was doing a product review on this paint i would shit all over it! Bought it from advance auto and the shits not durable for anything.

                  Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
Rebuilt them and put the fronts on with the new stainless lines.

                  Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
Got a stainless steel clutch line as well. I wanted to save time and brake fluid and do it all in one shot. So I figured I needed to rebuild the backs at the same time. So I did the same thing with the rears. Wire wheeled

                  Sprayed

                  Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
Rebuilt and installed the inner lines on the caliper

                  Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
putting the outer lines on was a bit of a pain in the ass but is done. Was going to put them on but i've been waiting on my caliper guide bushing to come in the mail and they came today right after I left.

So its been over a month and I have been stacking parts to get an exhaust moving.

                            Untitled by Rdreas, on Flickr
Things in the picture you may not see are 2 v band clamps and a u bend. I'm going full stainless. Straight sections were only 30 bucks for a 4ft section from summit racing which was the best deal around. Resonator is a vibrant ultra quiet.
                            Vibrant 1040
I did get a few bolts in the headers but figured i shouldn't get carried away since id have to possibly take them off to weld my exhaust. Hoping i don't have to because it was a serious fight to put these things on without bending them at all. ended up having to take out most of the exhaust studs to even get it in place.

Clearances are minimal as is published.

planning on either buying or fabricating a Y-pipe to go from the headers to a single 2.5 pipe, the v band flange, resonator, second v band flange, muffler.
Still in need of a tig welder too, Ive been trying to rent one but 6" of snow closes Atlanta so I haven't heard back from any of the places I've tried but I'm determined so i'll keep looking.

looking at your wire chart, i see one problem

                                c101 to x20
                                6 green/yellow………………15 black/green………..starter

but if your car now fire, i think that's solved.

in the c101 under the steering column inside on the car, you need to search for a black wire and plug into the x20 black wire (pin 20 i think), this is the RPM wiring.
