Excuse the ugly MIG welds where the cat meets the headers. My excuse is I couldn't see under the car on my back welding with out a mirror hahaha
It was a weld left over from the last system that I did at the end of the day and I rushed it so it came out frickin ugly as hell. The others aren't beautiful but they are flat at least and dont look like piles of bird shit.

Even though I am sick I manned up and worked on my car all day today. I just popped a bunch of DayQuil and humped it out.
First I put new clutches in the diff. That was WAY easier then I thought it would be. Iv taken diffs apart before, thats not the hard part, I just hate removing them from cars.
Then I put my exhaust version 2 together. I reused the muffler that I ran over when the back half fell of the car  This time I used band clamps and I will make some quality hangers tomorrow. Shit ain't go'n no where! Sounds decent as well. Hope is passes smog with its brand new CA legal Magnaflow cat.

    Out

    Diff explosion

Warn out clutch and new clutch

    Diff back in BAM!

    Then the exhaust

I have a very busy weekend ahead of me. I want to get my exhaust rebuilt, and my diff rebuilt in two days. My next autox is the 14th and I wont have time/space on week days to do any work.
Got some replacement parts from Summit. Mandrel U bend, 2 v-band clamps, CA legal cat, and a length of pipe. V-bands are super cool, and way more affordable then they used to be. About $30 on Summit. Cant wait to get it all welded up.

LOL! Sorry dude! I am a big fan of your car. The 2-tone look & Hellas always made me think of this car:

I am currently a bit pissed. My day got destroyed by a failed Summit exhaust band clamp. It slipped off of the pipe (yes it was the correct diameter for the pipe) and my center section fell off at highway speeds on the way to my autox event that I payed for. I still have the back section with the muffler. This time I am going to pay some one with a lift to do it professionally and reuse my muffler. Ill have them throw a new cat on as well sins I have to pas smog ASAP.

POOOOOOP!!! Money I didnt want to spend.
