All the new bushings are in. Love oem! So much smoother and quieter than poly. Flywheel turned and lightened. Going to try and install the clutch/flywheel this weekend and if possible weld in all the reinforcement parts.

Why not? Flywheel is lighter, bigger clutch for the torque, it's a cheap proven performance enhancement.

Its a blast! and still retains all the tossability of stock.

Made a new downpipe. The old one wasn't allowing the wastegate to fully open. This corrected quite a bit of boost spike/creep. Now my clutch is absolutely toast.

I found that my stock o2 sensor was bad causing the car to lean out. Removed it and ran the car in open loop. No detonation, no issues. Still sticking to the standalone, but at least I can still drive the car and attend some drift/auto-x events coming up.

    Ordered/picked up the following...
    M20 single mass FW
    F1 racing stage 3 sprung clutch/pp
    M20 FW bolts
TOB (going to use the spacer from the m42 FW and not use a 323 TOB)
    OEM Subframe bushings
    OEM RTAB
    OEM rear swaybar bushings
    OEM rear swaybar links
Whiteline 24mm front swaybar lateral links
AKG weld in front swaybar reinforcements
AKG weld on m3 strut mounted swaybar links
Garagistic adjustable m3 front swaybar links
    AKG rear swaybar reinforcement plates
AKG rear trailing arm reinforcement plates

Now I'm trying to source an m20 starter locally. Unfortunately, I have some obligations and cant spend the extra $100 on a reman Bosch unit. :(

Will post pics sometime in the next few weeks.

Yeah, I would have thought for the amount I paid in shipping it would have gone express instead of slow boat. Oh we'll it's here. Now to find a clutch setup and begin installing.

We'll it finally came in. Now I've got to get it updated, wired, and road tuned. I also need to get a clutch. I'll be on the lookout for a cheap m20 setup to handle the power. Stock clutch didn't last long.

Still no standalone yet...starting to regret buying from K-data. Could have ordered and built a system faster than these dudes. Replies to my emails asking for tracking has been crappy. I was told it takes 2 weeks through DHL, and they would get back to me on tracking when they are back in the office...it's been 25 days since I ordered. With the holidays coming up there is a chance I wont even be in town if it does arrive...unit would be sitting on my door step for a week. I'm seriously considering a charge back.

9psi with a short 10psi spike before it equalizes. Motor is still fine. The Detonation just started when the temp finally got cold here. It's got to be a timing issue with the tune. I wanted the megasquirt from the get-go if you remember our PMs and this was just the final push to make me spend the cash.

AFRs are good, could be a little better at higher rpm/throttle, but nothing that would cause the Detonation. It's always at higher load/low rpm. The fuel cut is at high rpm and load.
