Good points. You did get a wide band right? Did you pull the head or anything? Timing chain isn't advanced 1 tooth or something? I had no detonation with this setup

how much boost op? wideband? If you have been this lean for this long you might have done some damage. :(

Looks like Jake's tune isn't going to work for me. I am still getting fuel cut with the new TRE 255lph pump and also some major detonation between 2k-5k rpm. I went with colder plugs and still have this issue.

So I could only think of one solution to my problem. Megasquirt standalone.

New turbo has been on for about 500 miles. All oil burning and leaking issues are gone. I am noticing some fuel cut issues at higher rpm in third and forth. No other gear. Going to order a Walbro pump and hope that solves the problem. She is almost complete!

Same turbo so I don't have to remake the downpipe/manifold.

Got the front back together. Still need to re-weld the downpipe bung (it has pinholes) because it's giving bad AFR readings. Also need to move the oil return to the front of the upper oil pan to solve any backup issues. Finally, the new turbo arrives next week. We'll see if that solves the leaks.

New oil pressure line. Added a 1.5mm restrictor instead of the 2mm one that was on there. Was blowing smoke on decel and at idle. Oil leaking from turbo.

Rerouted valve cover hose to turbo intake side. Crank pressure issue is solved.

Moving the oil return to the front of the upper oil pan. Turbo is pissing out everywhere. Bought a new one. Waiting for it to arrive.

Got it started and driving, but have a couple of things I need to work on.

1)Had pressure in the crank case so I vented the valve cover to atmosphere until some couplers come in to route it over to the intake.

2)While working on my oil line it started leaking. Pulled it apart and redid the connections only to find it had stripped one of the major fittings. Decided I didn't want to deal with this line and trying to make a diy oil restrictor so I ordered a new line and fittings.

Getting there. Hope to be finished tomorrow. Still need to install the oil pressure sending unit, install and calibrate the wideband o2, and gauges.

Got some more work done today on the car.

The new intercooler is massive. It's going to take a lot of body work to get it to fit. I'm going to first get it running on the small cooler to see where my intake temps sit before I go balls out and start cutting.

    Update:

Raining non-stop so no work has been able to be done. :(

A few things ordered or arrived this week
    1)Ordered Bosch bypass valve
2)Ordered Two 2.5" with 1" T shape silicone couplers for the bypass valve
3)Arrived VDO 150psi Oil pressure sending unit with adapter from Parker performance
    4)Arrived Jake's turbo chip
5)Ordered NXS Signature Manual boost controller
    6)New intercooler

Local friend was selling a 12x24x3 3" inlet intercooler/piping and a couple extra BOVs I wont need. Figured I would go ahead and just upgrade now and just be worry free.
