My euro 320i/B6 3.5 Alpina Tribute ( Now with turbo power)

Got updates from the body the body shop. He blocked the first layer of primer down, did mud work,put 2nd coat of primer down. He only has pics of after blocking it though. Next weekend he will probably move the car to his house so he can get the body as straight as he can and work whenever he wants. Then it will sit for 2 weeks and then get color sprayed.










This car is going to be taking a little bit of a different route then first expected. Instead of my getting done with paint and immediately doing turbo work. I'm gonna refresh the m30 block I got and put it in storage. Then I'm gonna start saving to get my interior re done with alanctara and alpina cloth. Then I'll starting saving for turbo and adding more alpina bits. This car is going to be a custom alpina tribute.

Got my Alpina type 147 valance in today.


Then I took it to the painter and paid him some more $$$ and grabbed a couple shots of the car.









He's gonna work all weekend on it making sure the body is STRAIGHT. Then its for 2 weeks to cure and then paint will be sprayed.

To be honest I don't know why. Never really thought about it. IMO they dont look that bad. I cant wait to put the 147 its gonna look great with euro bumpers.

I thought those were put on to Federalize the cars for the US.....so they're really not what the Euro cars wore in the homeland.
