Yessir! It's a 2.4L, FP Red, 280 Cams, Ported Head, Ohlins Coils, etc. Fun freaking car that's for sure.

Well let me know. Make sure you do a jack test before you pull the trans. I'd give you $700 for the Trans, Tcase, pedals, shifter and linkage, and flywheel (if the VC is good).

To parrot most of the other posts on this thread, sell the ix, buy a non ix. The iX has different suspension geometry for the awd. It would be a tremendous amount of work to undo. Unless you want a project that you won't finish...

If your parting the ix please let me know. I am in need of the front strut housings. I'll take the entire front assemblies if they are in decent shape.

The ix uses a diffrent front subframe which uses rear oil sump, so that might be a problem if the 1jz is front sump?

The jz engines are made in front and mid and rear sump. Awd jz also exists

Yeah I know. I looked in to a rear sump 1JZ in my old Toyota pick up.

But I don't want to keep AWD.

Buying the IX was a bad idea for what I want todo I understand.. Now..

Which is why I'm parting the IX out and buying a RWD

Starting the part out. What exactly do you want and how much are you willing to pay + shipping.
