I raced a c63 AMG renntech Mercedes Yesterday, Owner claimed 700hp. Had a big ol supercharger and sounded absolutely ridiculous. While I bet it was super heavy, when we did a pull from 60-120, my little e30 pulled about half a car length on it. We ended up pulling over and talking to each other, he couldnt believe he found a car to keep up to his. I didnt get any pictures but really cool guy.

First M20 setup was with M50 rods (nv i think) and shaved stock pistons, o-ring head gasket. Drove it like that for 2 years with 430whp without issues then sold the internals. (still looked great!)

The head had stainless +1mm valves, harder springs, Nuke billet rockers and a Z45 cam.

the mystery continues.... still havent ever found the limit of the bottom end on M20's

Loving the look of the car. Can't say I've ever seen an ///M fender-ed E30 in Delphin, it's pretty wicked! Also: That boost video is tasty, even with the valve racket.

The mic was next to my engine, picked up all those noises a little too well.
Also the pull was to the end of my third, with a 3.15 its about 105-110mph to give you an idea :). On a private non public road of course.
