Ill be getting later down the road for sure, its about 220 shipped from across the world.

On another note is the cam gear suppose to be slightly off at the bottom?

Something is certainly going on in the cam gear pic. That's not supposed to be like that. Is it pushed all the way on and lined up and whatnot?

we have turned the engine over multiple times and its always like that for some reason. From what i've seen aftermarket cam gears seem to have problems with aligning the teeth on the t-belt. not sure how to fix the problem, as you rotate it climbs on correctly but obviously nothing like OEM.

Could you add more tension on the tensioner?

if you physically pried the tensioner than yes, but the belt is already a very tight fit, so it would likely cause issue to go much tighter.

I think it will be fine as it will climb right on a soon as it rotates, but.... thats still not how its supposed to be.

since its been installed for a few days I'll see if I can get some more tension out of it safely, maybe its stretched a bit since first install

and fixed, needed more tension, had to use a wrench to apply medium pressure to the tensioner and then push the teeth into place lightly by hand. I'm guessing thats becasue the gates racing belt is so much tighter fit than a contitech is. The spring on the tensioner is no where near strong enough to apply pressure to the belt on its own. Spins nice and smooth now and lines up every time.

If you are planning to take your engine apart I got mine from BluntTech for around 35$ I think.

So the plan is to get this running in the next week or so with just the turbo. I am going to get data on intake charge temps, when I see 1 psi and when the turbo fully spools. I want to get these baselines to see exactly what changes when I add the supercharger to the equation. Everyone Knows that superchargers are not as efficient so I expect to see a rise In charge Temps.

I want to shoot for about 17psi, driveability is important to me. No need for a burn out machine :D
