    My sage advice.
Thank you for the advice. I will take it into consideration. But if I am going to swap an engine into this car its either going to be a v8 or an s54. To me the s52 isn't worth the trouble when I can just turbo a stock m20b25 and get the same power.

S52 swap is bolt in and go... turbo isn't scienced out that much yet.

I think you need to find locals who have swaps and go for a ride or drive their cars and it will help your decision. I had never driven a 24v swap but did it anyways because I wanted an aluminum block and only 24v motors had aluminum blocks

This is true, I probably do need to go out for some test rides. But I have taken your other comments into consideration and decided to go for an m60 swap. It may take a little more work but I have decided this engine over the s52 because I had a e36 m3 and I just didnt like the engine too much and after driving a 540, I liked the power delivery better then my e36. So with all of that being said I am going to stop this thread soon, and start a new thread to get rid of the clutter from this thread for my m60 swap.

Also before you talk about balance etc. I have taken all of that into consideration as well, and am waiting until I get the engine installed to decide what spring rates and sway bars I need to keep the car balanced.

Just continue this thread, its fun to see the madness of us figuring out the powerplant. Its what makes a project thread, a project.

Ok, I guess I will continue this thread.

BTW, time for another title change for the thread then

Just got my 17's this weekend. Need it to be a little lower before I really like it, and I need a different color. But I'm happy so far so I wanted to share!

                          Specs:
                          Fifteen52 Tarmacs 17x8 et30 with 15mm spacers front, 17mm spacers rear
                          225/45r17

                          They started like this

Then I wrapped the face of them:
