After college I'l finally be getting some cool wheels, I'm leaning towards light-bronze Watts in 14x9 with 215/55's or something tall and beefy.
I'll never post again! I promise!
Thanks Josh
Thanks!
My friend is very kindly giving me his old, slightly messed up front euro bumper, and the rear will wait until I can spend money on car stuff again haha.Comment

Some boring updates.
Cleaned up my engine bay a little bit. Took a pic in the middle of doing so, passenger side is done, driver's is untouched.

I had had a bad leak from where the coolant lines horse shoe around the vacuum line to the intake. Was going to loop it, decided since I had to order some things from Pelican Parts already I'd add that $2 gasket to the list.
Grabbed a spare TB in much better condition, and cleaned it up a bit.

And now much better! Cleaned the inside intake itself, didn't get a picture.

Drove fast, spilled my Ramen, I was devastated

And this is the main reason for my Pelican Parts order: My voltage runs anywhere from the acceptable 13.5V to 18V+, so time to order a new Voltage regulator.

So I got my two packages from Pelican parts. Both were from the same warehouse, for some reason a separate package was needed for this? hahah.

And now all the boring crap I got. Hood shock, Liqui Molly engine cleaner, coolant and intake gasket, exhaust hangers, voltage regulator, exhaust hangers blah blah blah.

One of the things I got was a new cover for the sunroof motor. Yep, 1984 with the original, still functioning electric sunroof :D The old cover had broken clips and had been glued in, but fell out about a year ago. Was a bit $$ at $8, but I figured I'd spent that kind of money in dumber ways. So nice to have this in!

Time to tackle the alternator issue and the coolant leak.

Hmm, doesn't look like the normal Bosch unit... It wasn't
It was the Valeo one, which uses a totally different Voltage regulator

At this point I stopped taking pictures as I had a few other issues with the alternator, gave up, fixed the leak and called it a day.
Gave the car a wash, slept then headed for my local C&C before heading up to Bimmerfest, some of my pictures and a few thanks to some friends.

On sunday I ate some food, then designed some stickers and had them printed by my good friend who does all my other stickers. These are for a friends car, but will soon be available on my BigCartel site due to how many people asked me for some hahah.

Some of my stickers... Though not even nearly all of them. Becausescenekid

Went to work and came home to this

Will update this weekend.Comment
